With the EcoActUs Sustainability Leadership Workshop (Climate Boot Camp), you can start learning right away! This self-paced course allows you to work through sessions and build your personal action plan at any time.
If desired, you can also attend scheduled small group discussions. These discussions elevate your learning and provide a medium to share your plans, and network with likeminded individuals.

I recently completed the EcoActUs Climate Boot Camp, a free online course with rich learning content, lots of resources, interactive quizzes, and most importantly, the development of a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis, based on the needs and circumstances of my current organization. There were also two synchronous meetings scheduled with the other course participants where each of us discussed, and got feedback on, our SWOT analysis.
Overall, I found that the EcoActUs course was really beneficial in helping me develop a clear and realistic strategy for how I could begin to help my organization see the overall benefits of including sustainability as part of its strategy. The curated and extensive course content was great in helping me fill the gaps in my sustainability and climate change knowledge as well as walking me step-by-step as I developed my SWOT analysis. The two live sessions were great opportunities to network as well as ask questions and get feedback. I feel like I now have the tools and the confidence to foster change from within my organization.

"During November of 2022, I had the opportunity to attend the EcoActUs Climate Boot Camp training. I was taking this course as follow on training for the Climate Reality Leadership Corps course I had attended in the Spring of 2019. I found this course to be very informative, useful and fun. One of the optional activities offered during the course is Facilitated Small Group Discussion sessions. During these sessions students can ask questions of the facilitators and interact with their fellow students from around the world. This was so helpful as I had questions regarding the SWOT analysis module and the development of my action plan. In addition to having my questions answered I also gained insights from my fellow students on their SWOT analysis work and challenges that they were having.
Further, through the dialogue I discovered that we all had many passions in common about this work even though we were spread out across several continents. The Facilitators did a great job of creating space for both prepared discussion topics and allowed for spontaneous conversations. For these reasons, I would highly recommend you attend one or more of the Small Group Discussion Sessions via ZOOM during your course."
