Psychles are cycles into which the psyche projects. Primary emphasis is on the recurring narratives that have conditioned consciousness for longer than the human body. The sun’s journey through day and night, the monthly renewal of the moon, the seasons of our solar year, these are older than the mortal cycle, procreation and dream, which themselves serve as narrative psychles. From the earliest to the most recent human stories, we find them patterned after the narrative rhythms of our celestial and mortal clocks—after the journeys of light and life.
